We ship worldwide from our royal FURMEY Headquarters in The Netherlands.
Deliveries to EU addresses take 2-5 business days after you have placed your order.
Orders placed outside of the EU take 5-7 business days to reach you and your furry friend.
Please note that we are independent from our shipping
partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays as a result of COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances.
We offer free shipping on all orders above €250 within the EU. For all other countries, shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page.
Import duties and taxes are not included in pricing. Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be charged with additional fees by customs upon arrival in your country. Please note that FURMEY cannot predict the amount of these costs and their payment is your responsibility.
Please also keep in mind that if you decide not to pay import duties or taxes and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

If you wish to return or exchange any or all of the items in your
order, we accept return requests within 14 days of receipt. To
assist you with your return or exchange, please contact
email@example.com with your order number and the
products you wish to exchange or return. We will provide you
with a return form to include with your shipment.
We will gladly issue a refund within 14 days after we have
received your return, if the return meets the following conditions:

If you wish to return something outside of our 14-day refund window, please contact us directly and we will try to help in any way we can. If we accept a return outside of our normal 14-day window, it will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
